Returns

At PRAVIA, customer safety and product quality are our highest priorities. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we follow a strict return policy.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

• You may request a replacement or refund only if:

• You received the wrong product.

• The product arrived damaged or leaking.

• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

• The product was delivered in a tampered or unusable condition.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened or used skincare products.

• Products with broken or removed safety seals.

• Products returned because they did not suit your skin or personal preference.

• Products damaged due to improper use or storage by the customer.

Refunds

If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Replacements

If your request qualifies, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
